Hi Dexter,
Many colleges offer programs specific to physical therapy, usually titled something like "Sports Medicine". I recommend looking into programs at schools that interest you. Sometimes they have listings of classes that you're required to take or can take as an elective, which should be a good starting point.

Degrees in things like exercise science, anatomy or sports med would be most beneficial if trying to become a DPT and would also help set a good pathway for the pre-requisites needed to get a doctorate degree. Just classes in general though, most DPT programs have pre-reqs of sciences like biology, chemistry, and anatomy and physiology, which usually need to be taken before being accepted.
