Hi Kuyler!
So happy that you are considering this exciting path! My recommendation would be to take AP courses in high school such as AP Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, or Psychology. These courses may potentially give you credits you can apply towards your college degree. Additionally, I would recommend you volunteer in either a hospital, hospice, senior living facility, or a food bank. Having real world experience will allow you to write a great personal statement and allow you to gain hands on experience! Good luck to you!

Hi Kuyler! I would recommend to take AP classes or Honor's classes related to science. Some options would be Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Anatomy/Physiology. Taking a language for a long time throughout high school may be also helpful, such as Spanish. For your speciality you will branch off in medical school, but for now prepare for the sciences and gain strength in them for college and medical school.
I wish you the best!
