~ skincare gardening
~ herbal medicine
~ beauty blogger
~ botanist
~ horticulturist
~ master cosmetologist
~cosmetic research and development
Just to name a few options. The possibilities are vast. Consider doing a web search for each area of interest with careers. For example careers with cosmetology, careers with plants, careers with cosmetics, careers with photography. You could also search for a combination, for example - careers with plants and beauty or careers that combine photography and cosmetology, etc.
Then look into the specific options that interest you. Maybe contact some professionals in your area already doing what interests you. Start exploring the possibilities because you are at the perfect age to begin the process of narrowing down your options.

The fact that you know what your interested in is a great start! Many people are not aware of this so it makes figuring out what they want to do a bit harder.
For your interest in Hair and Make-Up:
My advice to you is to go to a cosmetology school once you graduate from high school to help you perfect those skills you already have and will help you learn new ones. Also, getting a cosmetology license will help set you apart from other hair and make up professionals.
For you interest in Plants and Photography:
You could become a plant blogger, Horticulturist or a Gardner. Plant blogging will allow you to garden and use your photography skills.
It is always good to do some research on volunteer opportunities around you that will help you gain more experience in your interest. Volunteering will also help you meet other people that are interested in the same things you are.

You are on a great path already by thinking about your future based upon your passions. And you have been given some excellent advice by other mentors. My only additional thought for you to consider is to gain a better understanding of your natural strengths and build your career path from there.
There are several assessments that will guide you through the process. My favorite is StrengthsFinder. The resulting report will reveal your true strengths and offer guidance on educational and career opportunities.
I wish you the very best on your journey.
