4 years of college, 4 years of medical school, 1 year of internship and I believe it's 5 years of residency for interventional radiology. You start getting paid after medical school but not much until you finish your residency.

I assume you are a college student.
First after college you have to be accepted to medical school which is four more years of study, then get accepted to a radiology program which starts with a year general internship rotating through medicine pediatric surgery wards taking care of patients in the hospital. then you continue as a resident in the radiology department for 2 years and then train in a interventional radiology fellowship program.
It is a long training process.
