which is the best field i can take in medicals
I am at a confusion what steps I must take to become a doctor, what specialist i must become, where should i take my course and what is the best course i can take.

Like you know definitely, being a doctor doesn't happen overnight. Before you can choose your specialty you really need to take time and look into the field again. Find the thing that inspired your choice of being a doctor in the first place. Anesthesiology is a good path in my personal opinion but the same goes for all other wings of medicine. You can't decide on courses to take now if you haven't made up your mind about what you'll practice. Take your time to find yourself, your passion in the field then sit with an academic advisor only after you've decided, they'll guide you face to face and step by step on how to go about it.
