I think it's really smart to be thinking of various sources of income while you pursue your ultimate goals. A lot of that comes down to understanding what your end goals are and keeping those as the top priority. It can be challenging but you'll have to get really good at saying 'NO' to opportunities that distract you from your primary goal.
As far as side hustles are concerned that relate to Real Estate, I would focus on either legal or finance related things. There are plenty of law firms and accounting / finance firms that need smart reliable people on their administrative side. I say this because Real Estate comes down to a lot of contracts. Being able to understand Return on Investment and contract language are super critical to being great at Real Estate.
Lastly, I would also recommend listening to Tim Ferriss. He has a great podcast network for entrepreneurs.

I saw that a couple of people already provided you a list of steps you can take to start your own real estate business. I just wanted to answer your question on what is a good way to start making some income while in school. One way is to do an internship. By doing so, not only you will have an income, but also will gain working experience and create network as well. You can also work on the campus if there are job opportunities there. While I was in school, I took a couple of campus jobs. I t was very convenient to make extra money since I had to be at the campus anyway.
I hope this helps and good luck pursuing your dream.

The first step to becoming a Real Estate agent is to study the required courses and pass the Real Estate Exam. The specific requirements vary by state. For example, I got my Real Estate License in California. I had to take 3 separate courses on Real Estate Principles, Practices, and Legal Aspects of Real Estate. Then, I passed my Real Estate Exam, fulfilled the background check requirements, and obtained my Real Estate license. If you would like to have your own Real Estate agency, you can look into becoming a Real Estate Broker. To become a broker, there are additional educational requirements, and you will need to pass the Broker Exam. It is definitely a great idea to get a Master's in Business Administration to learn more about how to manage a business.
Additionally, there are multiple options to make income while you are in school For example, you can look up campus jobs or other entry-level jobs you are interested in. This can include working in foodservice, retail, etc. If you are interested in Real Estate specifically, there may be entry-level administrative positions where you can gain practical experience working in a real estate office. Throughout my college experience, I worked a few part-time jobs as a Research Assistant and a Peer Academic Advisor. I also worked as a receptionist at a hair salon near campus. There are definitely a lot of options where you can make some money, and I would recommend looking at your campus's job posting page for opportunities.
I hope this helps, and best of luck!
