Hello!
I would go back to your doctor and ask him/her. Anything in excess is not good, it needs to be balanced.

Abraham,
If you currently think that you are sick, you need to talk to your parents about it, or another trusted adult. This is not something we can address in this forum.
As I understand it, you used to go to a gym, at someone's house, and train for hours. If this was under the supervision of a professional trainer, then, it was probably okay. For example, many young people train for boxing. What seems like non-stop training often is not. Let's say they are doing sparring, and when it's not your turn you are supposed to be watching the others, and be able to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and perhaps learn a technique.
A 10-year old body is still very young and not fully developed, so yes, there are limitations. "As a rule, experts say that children should play or practice organized sports no more than one hour per week for every year of age. For example, a 7-year-old ice hockey player should be on the ice no more than seven hours per week. Experts also say that children should have at least one “rest” day per week to allow their bodies to recover." https://www.virtua.org/articles/recognize-the-signs-of-over-exercise-in-kids-and-teens

Exercise is important for a healthy mind and body. But, you need to be careful not to overdo it!

Hi Abraham,
If you are 10 years old, and you get to the point where you are pushing yourself so much that it is miserable or you are spending hours and hours at a time exercising, please stop. You are damaging your mind's relationship to exercise and setting yourself up for failure in the future. I've seen many high level athletes "burn out" because they exercised too much and grew to hate it which is really tough to deal with when its your career. Or, when you used to love exercise and it was your release but now you hate it and you have no release. Exercising too much can indeed increase cortisol as well as affect a variety of other chemicals in your body. But the bigger effects are on your relationship with exercise and the mental health side of things.
It's important to listen to your body and not overexert yourself. If you feel tired or your muscles ache, take a break and rest. Variety is key, so try different types of exercises to keep things interesting and make your body stronger in various ways. Exercising with friends can add an extra layer of enjoyment, as you can create games and challenges together. Lastly, always be kind to yourself and remember that exercise is about feeling good, not about being perfect. Celebrate your achievements and have a blast staying active!

If you do not feel comfortable with the training volume, you should bring this up to the instruction and your parents. Exercise is good to keep our body strong especially under the pandemic. But, over training can also lead to injuries and bad to our body too.

Everything needs to be done in moderation including exercising. There are different types of exercise for different requirements and needs of individuals. If you have an illness such as diabetes, strenuous exercise is not advised.
