Media and Mass communication would be the fields that comes to my mind. In case you are trying to integrate Political Science with Art and Design. Since there are open ended choices. Mass communication is the process while media are the vehicles that drive the process. The basic difference between mass media and mass communication rests on the fact that mass media is a channel through which mass communication contents are delivered to the public. mass media ie, is a channel.
Types of Mass Communication
• Advertising. Advertising, in relation to mass communication, is marketing a product or service in a persuasive manner that encourages the audience to buy the product or use the service.
• Journalism.
• Public relations.
• Social media.
• Audio media.
• Convergence.

I agree with the answers provided above! To add, marketing as a broad field can give you the opportunity to lean into the arts. Some sub-fields include:
- Creative Services, PR/Communications for writing
- Design
- Advertising, Social Media
You can then pair this with Political Science by working in a Marketing department in this sector - some examples include: think tanks, non-profits, government, international companies, brand agencies or consulting firms that specialize in politics

There are some good answers here so far.
I would also add if you want to go the satirical route, you could also consider a political illustrator or cartoonist career. Famous illustrators often get hired to do cover design for well-known publications such as the New Yorker and The Economist. These artists use their art as a form of protest and activism. My favorite artists I follow on instagram are Satoshi Kambayashi and John Holocroft.
