What info should I fill out under the "education" section on LinkedIn?
I am debating if I should simply enter my major, GPA, relevant coursework, and awards I received from/while attending each institution. Is there any additional information I should add? #education #resume #linkedin

On LinkedIn, I would recommend including all education, of course. At each level of education whether high school, college, or graduate program, I would include any extracurriculars that you were involved in. This only applies to organizations or societies that you were involved in, but maybe you did not feel the need to elaborate on it on your LinkedIn. I would also recommend including any certificates or training that you have obtained. It would be a great idea to include your GPA, but you only want to include it if you have 3.5 or above.

Be sure to include where you went to school and what you studied. People who list these details get up to 11x more profile views.

Hi Shakuan,
If you are entering your information for LinkedIn, I think it would be appropriate to put all of the information you listed, including relevant courses (and important projects or papers, as Wael mentioned). You may want to even highlight certain events or experiences from the courses that are relevant to jobs you may apply for.
*For your actual resume, I would only include relevant courses if you do not have much prior work experience or if one or more classes would really stand out to the employer. As you start to gain more work experience, start to limit your education section to simply the Institution, Degree type and Major and maybe the GPA. Employers eventually become more interested in your work experience and Degree type, rather than GPA and relevant courses.
Good luck!
