Hi Amit, MBA is not a must. It is more beneficial to take MBA after having a few years working experience. Are you working now? What industry you are working on? Would you consider to take a postgraduate degree in that sector?
Alternatively, you can consider to take master degree in business related subjects, e.g. Finance, Accounting, etc.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Hi Amit! If you're interested in pursing another degree in business but don't feel that the MBA is a good fit, you might look at other business grad programs like the MMS (Masters of Management Studies) or MQM (Masters of Quantitative Management). These programs tend to be 1 year or less and are designed for students right out of undergrad. However, I would recommend having a very clear vision of what you want out of these programs before applying and picking programs with the best likelihood of helping you reach your goals.

I agree that an MBA is not a must. In my opinion an MBA is the generic answer for anyone searching for the next level of education after their undergrad.
Personally I chose to pick a more specialized masters in my field, which happens to be technology. I felt it benefited me in a number of ways, initially by involving a curriculum which I was engaged by but also by providing me with a point of conversations during interviews as it brought out my passion for the field. For me, an MBA would have done neither.

Hi Amit! My suggestion is to get an internship or a new find a full-time job opportunity. That way you can get some real on-the-job experience to add to your MBA application down the line. Also, you'd be surprised to know that many companies will provide tuition reimbursement for their employees to seek a higher level of education. My company, Catalent Pharma Solutions, offers this in our benefits as long as if falls within the scope of their job/job that they want within the company once a degree or certification is obtained. Hope this helps!

Try to get some industrial experience . Try working as Business Analyst/Sales/Marketing depending on your interest. Probably after working for couple of years, you can decide what to study further and proceed.
