I don't believe there are education requirements. Each company will have their own requirements but most will want serious games with a range of gaming experience. Some are first come first served.

I don't believe there are any requirements. It is however helpful if you are knowledgeable with the game you will be testing or games similar to the game you are testing prior to applying for the specific company. It's easier to communicate with common language and not having to teach someone the game from scratch.

Try the games before applying.
Try similar games to the game you will be testing.

There are no education requirements, however there will likely be equipment, experience, and time requirements. I occasionally do game testing and so far the most important requirements have been: A decent headset, a completely quiet space in which you can test, and your device is up-to-date.
