Im not sure what career to go in to.

I have a few qualifications in construction and would like to go into the industry, I have a few ideas about what I want to do but still have dreams that I need to narrow down and establish what I #career need gain to be able to follow these job roles.

Thank you comment icon You have qualification in construction. Does that mean in building bridges or roads or homes or something else? If you give little more specifics, people could better assist or guide you Atul Bhankharia

Hey Oliver,

One of the things that would be helpful would be know what strengths you have in this field. This could be related to your past experiences and future experiences as well. Construction is very broad by nature where it could be for private, public, and commercial, etc. Theres also many fields that would be part of it such things as Electrician, Plumber, and many more. Getting more experience and exposure will be my best advice for you. You won't know if you are gonna like something until you do it and vice versa. Some jobs may read as a perfect job but could turn out it's something you won't enjoy. Doing side jobs or even volunteer work could help broaden your perspective.

Good Luck,
Salvy

There is many different jobs in Construction. I suggest you could do more research online different jobs work and also speak the people who works in these areas so that you can acquire more understanding and narrow down on the areas that you have interested on.
Then, you can try to explore any intern or temporary jobs on the areas you are interested on before you finalize your career plan. You can then take in advanced courses on that particualr area.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
