Hello Mujtaba.
If you are looking out for a job in India, then you probably have to finish off your Bachelor studies. It also depends on the fact that in which stream you are willing to find a job in. As in Engineering department, Finance department, Customer support etc.

Most companies prefer 60% with no backlogs along with good attitude, communication, creative and problem solving skills!

Most of the MNC's require graduation without backlog. But there are companies that hire people who have completed 12th. But these roles are mostly for operation role.

General eligibility criteria for selection in MNC is given below:
Candidate must have minimum 60% marks in 10th standard.
Candidate must have minimum 60% marks in 12th standard.
Candidate must have minimum 60% marks in graduation.
No backlog will be allowed during his study.
More than 1 year gap in studies will not be allowed.
