Technology is a very broad term. Technology is the use of sciences for human advancement. Your questions does not have an answer. Maybe you need to narrow it down.

Well, technology per sei has very different branches, I am not sure which you are referring to...
For example, if you ask about who is considered the "father of technology" Thomas Edison created the world's first industrial research laboratory and is known as the father of technology, but one of the main reasons for that is that he, singly or jointly, held a world-record of 1,093 patents.
There are many names of people who have given a lot to technology, those who have invented or innovated in the field, for example:
Douglas Engelbart, who is most celebrated for his role in inventing the mouse. Norman Abramson, who designed and developéd the first network to transmit data successfully using radio signals.
Jack Nilles defined and promoted the concept of telework.
Marty Cooper, invented the Motorola DynaTAC, which is like the great great great great great grandfather of your mobile phone/smart phone.
And we can go on and on getting different names of all the people who have made contributions to technology, this is why it is such an intrincate and interesting topic.
I believe if you start looking you can be surprised by it.
