A degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field is required at almost all banks. While in college, you will want to complete courses in business, finance, economics, accounting, marketing, and communications in order to best position yourself for the job.[8] Attractive candidates will also have an MBA in finance or accounting; indeed, some banks require them.
