There is no standard vital statistics required to be an athlete or cricketer. You got to be fit, quick & have a lot of stamina. Not only you need to be fit physically, you also need to be mentally strong. You got to be cool and composed under certain conditions. Having a good physical trainer can help with your fitness regime and thus help you with strengthening
