Ever since a small girl, I used to watch Discovery channel and developed an interest in archeology. the excavations always fascinated me and hence I want to pusue a career in Archeology. what is that i can do to become an Archeologist

Archaeologist use the scientific method to find, and dig up the burred past. They generally spend a lot of time outside carefully digging around ruins of a city or ancient bones. They also spend a lot of time documenting and indexing each artifact that they find. Some archaeologist work in cities and some work in the most remote parts of the world.

Archaeology seems like a good career choose if you are willing to travel and prefer to be outside.
