It will take you 4 years of undergraduate then 4 years of medical school then 1 year of internship then 4 years of radiology residency then 1 year of pediatric fellowship. It is a long road but by the end of it you are the expert in this field.

Hi Donea!
This is just to expand on Dr. Nguyen's answer:
4 years of high school
4 years of undergraduate school. This is to get your bachelor's degree. Consider getting as many credits as possible at a community college then transferring to a university. Saves a lot of money! Make sure to take classes that transfer though. Make sure the degree you get also fulfills the requirements for medical school.
4 years of medical school, either MD or DO. This is 2 years of hard book learning and then 2 years of clinical rotations.
1 year of clinical training + 4 years of radiology training. This is your "residency". Residents are paid though. Not a whole lot but at least this isn't more training that you have to pay for!
And finally,
1-2 years of training specifically for pediatric patients.
