Great question! I'm impressed that you have an interest in particle physics, as it's an awesome field and one of the cutting edges of science. One of the easiest ways to get general information is by starting on Wikipedia, at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neutrino. Be aware that Wikipedia is an "open contributor" site, so some scientists will object that presentations there are not always complete or fully accurate, but nevertheless its a great way to get a start on many topics. Best wishes in your studies!

Great to know that you have career interest on particle physics.
Neutrinos are a neutral subatomic particle with a mass close to zero and are electrically neutral. They generally has half odd integer spin eg 1/2 spin or 3/2 spin.
Neutrinos are created by various radioactive decays, eg
1. natural nuclear reactions such as those that take place in the core of a star
2. artificial nuclear reactions in nuclear reactors, nuclear bombs, or particle accelerators
3. during a supernova
4. when cosmic rays or accelerated particle beams strike atoms.
