As a Neonatal Nurse do u get to decide which level to work on?

I am currently in High School. I want to become a Neonatal Nurse and I am wondering if you are allowed to decide which level you want to work on. Do you get to work on one level or are you required to work on all three levels? #nursing #nurse-practitioner #neonatal

I used to work in the Intensive Care Unit, but I am no sure what you mean by "all three levels." Please clarify and I would be happy to answer your question

Thank you comment icon By "levels," I think I mean floors in the hospital. I read online that the first floor is for healthy babies. The second is for premature babies and the third is for ill babies that need intensive care. Josephine
Thank you comment icon Yes, that's what I heard, too, Josephine! Or I thought it was something like level 1 is for slightly sick newborns, level 2 is for sicker newborns, and level 3 is for critically ill newborns. Is that correct? Angelina
