Talk to people who are interested in the same area as you.
Be professional in your job seeking. for eg: the way you look and approach.
Keep a track of the job leads.

1. Be likable & approachable.
2. Be confident.
3. Build a network.
4. Go to the networking events.
5. Don't be afraid to initiate the conversation with a stranger.
6. Be a good listener.
7. Show curiosity and interest in other people, if they are in the same profession your are seeking the lead for, exchange your contact information.
8. Make sure to write down the key points of the conversation so that when you follow up with them you can start your conversation with these key points.
9. Thank them regardless of the outcome.
