What are the best internship programs for high schoolers?

I want to get accepted into my top-5 dream universities, namely, UC Berkeley, UCLA, Harvard, Stanford, and NYU.
I wanted to know which are the best internships if I want to do undergrad and post-grad in Business fields in these universities. #student #college #field

Hi Avantika D. I can see that you are really planning ahead! :).

In addition to the awesome answer already provided, I will add that the "best" internships include those where the candidate is learning something new...and maybe getting engaged in a project that has some measure of difficulty and/or a project that is broad and multi-impactful. It is my opinion that a reviewer of a college/university application is looking for something distinctive...a skill set, a result profile, an execution of either a given or newly designed process...that stands out.

Those internships that allow you to stretch a little bit could be pivotal in being recognized as you continue on your education journey.

Best of luck to you!

Hey, Avantika! One of the best ways I have been able to find good internships have been through basic Google searches and LinkedIn. Once you attend college, there will be a lot of resources on campus to help you find relevant internships. If you cannot find any, search for some local professionals in your area and ask them to allow you to shadow them. See what a day is like in their life and if that is something that you are still interested in. Good luck!

Avantika,
I love to see you taking the reins on your future early! Some great internships that I would suggest is anything with a sales company. The reason behind it is, they are recession proof, and rapidly growing! The amount of experience you will gain will definitely help you along the road.
