Hi! I'm a recruiter at a Tech company, and just wanted to share some general advice. The first rankings that I have always used when looking for great schools and students, is the U.S. News and World Report Ranking - you can filter by Major https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/rankings/national-universities?study=Engineering.
While rankings are great, and "best" is hard to define, I'm happy to share that more and more companies aren't just going to "top" ranked schools, but trying to drive a more equitable approach to finding students from many universities. So my advice would be to find a University, that fits you - your passion, your community, and your financial situation. A place you can feel at home for 4+ years. The rest will fall in place if your energy and effort are there.
Best of luck ahead!
