This might sound counterintuitive, but accounting is one of the most likely ways to get to travel the world. The big four auditing/accounting firms: EY, KPMG, Delloite, and PwC are large international companies with locations everywhere. Once you get in, you can work with your career team to try and go to one of their other international offices. I work for PwC and people are constantly traveling and switching locations. (Just a heads up that the work-life balance can be a big challenge while working for these firms. Busy season can be more brutal time-wise than recruiters often get across to applicants.)

I believe the University of Galway in Ireland has a program but you have to begin your studies there versus transfer. My daughter studied there for a semester abroad and loved it! My son was thinking about going there for his degree so we did some research. I think the pricing is also lower than US colleges. Although not in Europe....an international school I heard very good things about is McGill University in Canada.

I went to university in the UK and work in the USA. When you attend a college with international accreditation, then your degree will be recognized world wide (but if you study law, then you'll need to attend Bar in the US too). It can be a little harder to job search for a US-based job while abroad but you can also target multinational corporations that have offices worldwide. Or you can do your apprentice year in the US or for a US corporation.
The biggest advantage of studying abroad is the exposure you'll have to different cultures and different ways of thinking, communicating etc. Will help you understand others better.
Thank you and best of luck!

If your goal is to find a job in US or another country, you can search on LinkedIn with a few keywords, like location, job title with the condition of "Sponsorship needed". For a foreign worker bachelor degree from an accredited university is almost a must. Computer science related area sees the most demand here in US.

Studying in any of the accredited universities in Europe will give you the possibility to transfer to a college in the US or anywhere else in the world. To work somewhere, it's not the degree that is the most essential but other eligibility criteria like a work visa or the ability to speak the national language.
