Hi,
Good question...Monster dot com has some good information about interview questions...as a former Small Business Owner, I would always ask these questions:
Tell me about yourself?
Why should I hire you?
What would your former employers say about you?
Why do you want this job or to work here?
What are your strengths? And weaknesses?
Good luck!

Hello,
According to me this can be very different from what type of job you are applying for. I think the questions for a teacher job are very much different from the ones for an engineer job.
The questions which always come back into every job interview I took where
- to define what are your weaknesses and strenghts.
- the reason why you are looking for a new job
- to highlight why you think you are more appropriate for the job than other candidates
- ....
Hope this is of any help.
Regards
