Where is a good place to go for a study abroad for a biology or related major and an environmental science minor?

I'm an undergrad student who is interested in biology and environmental science and also wants to study abroad sometime during her undergraduate career. I'm looking for some good areas around the world to study these topics for a semester or whole year. #study-abroad #environmental

My first suggestion would be to discuss this with an education abroad advisor at your school or college. They would have current information on programs that can offer you the experiences you are seeking along with applicable class credit.

I am aware of programs in Latin America, the South Pacific Inslands, the Meditteranean and Africa, that exist for students of environmental science, marine biology, climate studies, sustainability, etc. Take into account your interests, language abilities or desire to learn a language, time you wish to spend abroad and the best time in your college career to go -- these are all things to consider when thinking about study abroad. Also, inquire about specific scholarships or fellowships that will pay for specialized study in biology, environmental science or the like!

Best wishes!
