Canhui , thank you for the question. I am an Information Technology Professional. The biggest challenge I face is to keep myself up to date with changing technology trends in the current digital age while balancing professional and personal life. The company I work for has set aside 4 hours a week for personal development. I use that time to learn and experiment on new technologies that are relevant for my company and related industry. For example, let us say I design and develop solutions for improving Customer experience. I focus on learning what are the new trends in this area (ex: Mobile app may help customer checking the bank balance. So, I learn how to develop Mobile App ), latest tools and technologies (Ex: Data Analytics and Machine Learning technologies help analyzing the lot of data about customer behaviors, habits etc.). Continuous learning is one of the very important aspects of career growth and at the same time it is challenging too. Everyone should find a way to spend at least 30 mins a day on this to be in the forefront.
