Tiffany’s Answer

I believe any career becomes stressful. Due to changes in the work force, work load, expectations and high demands. It's critical to find what helps to decompress your soul which helps to balance out the multiple roles were responsible for. The joy of one's profession makes it worth the hard work and will to manage how we execute. As we all know stress is a silent killer however, understanding ones profession, making the right changes at the right time and healthy living will help to defeat stressors. -Tiffany A. Lashunta’s Answer

Speaking from the experience of a Certified Life Coach, I believe that anything you are gifted at doing (such as being a great listener) can be a double edged sword because sometimes it can be a lot. But It's about managing your work load and remembering your "Why"... most of all, it's about seeing the transformation in someone that helps you remember why you do what you do!

I hope this helps!
