What is the most important thing in workplace if I decide to found a company later on.
Of course I should focus on the company projects. Except this, what should I learn from a company that can help me to run a company after few years working here? Because I do want to found my own company, maybe same type of company (Making computer games). #entrepreneurship #video-games #computer-games #company-culture

It's a fantastic question, and kudos to you for setting your sights on becoming an entrepreneur someday. My top three suggestions would be:
- Practice taking 100% ownership of every project you get. I've found that while running a business I've had to rely on myself to learn all of the skills needed and do all of the work needed to make the project successful. Because as an entrepreneur, ultimate responsibility lies with you. Get in the habit of taking on that responsibility.
- Practice spending time understanding your company's customers' needs. The biggest problem most entrepreneurs face is finding customers. Often it takes a lot of insight into what makes customers tick in order to serve them well, and you can practice this with the companies you work at.
- Practice networking and recruiting talent. As an entrepreneur, you're going to need to hire people and you'll need to attract partners and customers. All of that requires networking and recruiting. You can learn that at a big company.
There are also some things you cannot learn at a big company. Hustle. The startup spirit. How to bounce back from big mistakes. Maybe more. All of those things are needed to succeed as an entrepreneur as well.
This was a great question and I look forward to your next one!

- Leadership Skills-As CEO you obviously will be leading your company and you will need to make all the important decisions. Do you already lead people? This is the most important ability you will need if you are a CEO is to lead.
- Great Communication/People Skills- Can you communicate effectively and clearly? Are you a great public speaker? Do you get along with a lot people? These are some things to think about.
- Understand finances-You don't have to know everything about finances but its good to understand profit margins, revenue, etc. Definitely take some finance/accounting courses in college.
- Understand Marketing/Advertising- Definitely learn about marketing/adverting. Look at other companies' advertisements analyze them see what you like and don't like. You probably also may want to take some courses on these topics.
- Understand the different jobs your employees do-You don't have to fully understand the jobs of each and every employee you have but having basic knowledge of what the employees in the different departments of your company is beneficial and will help you communicate with the different department leaders.
Also if this something you are truly interested in you definitely want to study Business/Entrepreneurship in college this will give you a lot of insights on how to run a company. Hope this helps! That thing is AUTHENTICITY.
Lets just be open, honest, real, and transparent with our employees. Lets treat them like the adults they are and give them the information they need to succeed. Lets make it easier for people to make wise decisions and decrease frustrations throughout the business.
