Is it worth it to become a plastic Surgeon?

The short answer is Yes.
There are many baby boomers in FL, AZ and CA who do not want to accept getting old and they want to look younger.
Net: Plastic Surgeon never go hungry as long as you are good at what you do.

The question is you may not get the choice of what you want to do. Why? The teaching univ/hospital who offers you the residency may not offer you in plastic surgery.
Some people get lucky because of their higher MCAT score and have higher score (GPA) than anyone else.
For some people - making money is paramount vs providing care. Dermatology and Plastic Surgery falls is in the former category. If many students want to follow this path, competition is very high and chances become slim vs other medical practices.
First finish high school and get a undergraduate degree with high GPA and secure respectable MCAT score to get admission in a medical school. Rest will follow if you work hard and passionate about what you do.
