Hi Deepthi,
First off this is a great question. This can be a challenging question, but what I find helps and works for me is to go about this question on weaknesses is by taking an optimistic and proactive route.
Hopefully, these steps help.
Cheers!
Categorize your weakness (whether it be terms of soft skills or personality traits)
Articulate that you recognize your weakness and your trying to overcome them
Give an example of how you've overcame/ overcoming (can be in the form of professional or personal experience)

If possible, try to imagine being the person who is hearing your response. They will most likely be looking for you to be honest, sincere and someone they would like to have in their organization. It's easy to list many strengths but wise if you can be specific about the strengths that may be needed in this particular position. Along with a strength, an example of how you demonstrated that strength at a previous position can help.
As someone stated previously, identifying a weakness where you can say you are working on it and include an example of how you're doing that. Always wanting to learn more can be both a strength and a weakness if you have limited time.
Show confidence and know that everyone has both strengths and weaknesses.
With every good wish!

Great question. This needs honest and thoughtful introspection of your true strengths and weaknesses. I would suggest that you highlight your strength that aligns with a skill or competency that is required in a job and make it a compelling one for the consideration of your candidature. As far as weakness is concerned, you surely want to be honest about it, however if you feel that you are able to underemphasize the one that is directly needed for the job and highlight that with your growth mindset, you will be able to overcome that weakness, I think that will be a good strategy.
