Andrew’s Answer
I'm not an educator, but I have enjoyed classes that have forced me to think differently than before. Those classes can be difficult, but rewarding and I have learned the most from them.
Hi Andrew, this was an interesting information, it did not directly answer the student's question.

My favorite classes as an educator were the ones I created. I had the opportunity to attend a school where learners created the topics based on the learner’s interest. The school’s learning designers used a basic foundation for classes. Then I could fit my topics of interest into the foundation. As a result, I was able to study how humans learn versus only studying how one age group learns. For example, I was able to observe children in a Montessori type of school setting and then observe adults in a learning setting. Next, I compared the similarities and differences of the learners. The fun part was there were more similarities than differences. Today, I still use this knowledge as I develop learning experiences.
Find what you enjoy in a class. Sometimes what we like is the content of the class, and sometimes it’s the teacher who is able to bring the content alive and make sense of the content for use in everyday life. This can make the difference of a class you like.

Although, I am not currently educator. I do have a degree in secondary education. My favorite classes were all the psychology based courses. Learning about humans and how they learn and what impacts their success was so interesting!
