With the pandemic, more and more people are resorting to online shopping. Assuming your business has an online channel, you will want to amp up your online marketing efforts to drive more people to your website and convert them online. With online media, you can buy placement in various media outlets throughout the web. For example, many popular news sites have banner advertisements where you can get placement. These are usually good place to drive brand and awareness campaigns. The other opportunity to take advantage of is Search Marketing. This is where you would bid on certain keywords and when a customer runs a search using those keywords, your online advertisement would show up in their search results. This form of advertising can be very deliberate and can drive very good qualified traffic to your site. You can also effectively try multiple messages and campaigns and measure to see which one drive the best and most traffic. Its very easy to do and depending on the product or service you are competing in, can be very economical.

Social media is an exceptional tool when used properly. Social networking sites like Twitter allow unique access to a myriad of different companies and individuals that can help your business thrive. I would start there and just try to connect to as many influencers and customers that you can.

I concur with all of the previous responses. Social Media is a great marketing tool to keep your business operable during the pandemic. It's an authentic way to reach potential clients and showcase your products and services. Be sure to tag clients/partners (with their permission of course) to help broaden the audience for your posts. Also invite clients/partners to write reviews or testimonials for your services.

In addition to the usual routes of online advertising, having an online community around your product can be helpful as well. Whether you go the route of having video content online or focus more on discussion threads, significant online chatter and views around your product can go a long way towards helping customers becoming more comfortable with your product. People tend to choose the familiar over the unfamiliar, so the more they see and hear other people interacting with your product's page online, the better.
