Experience is Crazy!
I can never understand how most jobs you need experience to work there, but no one is willing to hire you to get the experience. Is there any way around that? What can I do to get experience before getting hired?

This is one of the biggest catch 22s out there, I ran into this problem for many years before landing at ESPN. A lot of the time places will throw in that experience to some what throw off people who are not too serious about the job from applying, or so I have heard in many instances. All that matters is that you get your foot in the door one way or another, it might not be exactly what you want straight out of the gate, but get any experience you can. Once you are in it is up to you to make a name for yourself, meet and introduce yourself to as many people as you can, and you will soon have all of the experience you need.
