What advice would you give to someone who has a passion for dance and wants to stay in that industry but not as a dancer. I wouldn't mind doing business, photography or videography but I'm not sure if I could get a job.

I love dance but I don't think I'd make it in the big leagues! #dance

Have you considered teaching? Private studio owner, or teacher at a high school for a dance team? Another idea is to work in production -- behind the scenes for a theatre, production company, etc., perhaps a choreographer for a production in Vegas, drill teams, pro-sports team (cheerleaders).

There's so many roles you could have outside of being a dancer within a dance organization. As mentioned above, teaching and production are a few examples. However, depending on the size of the organization there are so many more, including wardrobe, music, studio manager/administrator, marketing and development, event coordinator, Company Manager, Artistic and/or Executive Director, Assistant to the Artistic/Executive Director, Chief of Staff, Finance, Healthcare Team (MD, PT, Chiropractor, Masseuse, etc).
