How many years of college do I need for Aerospace Engineering?

At least a BS, MS better from a recognized, well known university, check for your local area. Purdue comes to mind, or my old alma, King's College University of London, UC system, etc.

I would also add MIT Aero-Astro engineering as an option to pursue.

Four years is generally the time needed to get a Bachelors Degree in a field of Engineering.
