Yes, I love what I do. I work as an IT Auditor and I've been doing it for the past 10 years. I couldn't think of any other job for me because I love the ever changing challenges, the opportunity to mentor different individuals and get to know different companies. It is not a very easy job because of the long hours and demanding clients. However, I find joy in the fact that I feel accomplished and recognized by my clients at the end of the day.
I hope this is helpful!

Hi, Thank you for your question. If you are asking "how to enjoy what you are doing?" I would advise to look at your interests and hobbies and work to pursue a career in those fields. Think about why you like business and why you are choosing it as a major, if you don't have that figured out yet that is okay too, it can take a little exploring in different fields before you find what you like. For myself, I love clothing and fashion and pursued a degree in fashion merchandising, marketing and costume design. I hope this answers your question and is helpful.

Hi Melissa,
Business is such a big, broad category. I work for a business and help a business to reach it's best potential, but I do a sub-category of work to make that happen. I am in Learning and Development. That means that I create training that allows other employees to do their jobs. This is a vital role in all businesses, but most do not make the commitment that they should to training their employees. I feel a great sense of accomplishment helping employees do their best work. Helping people is my focus. That focus helps me get through the sometimes difficult days of working to create training that will benefit both the company and an individual employee.
My question for you would be - how do you see yourself using a business major? From Finance to leadership to marketing, you have a lot of options to choose from. I would start with the talents that guided you to think about going into a business major in the first place.

Hi, this is really a good question. You would like to choose business as major. I guess you are interested to work on business related career. However, there are business related jobs in many different industries, e.g. You can work in Finance & Accounting. Many industries have their Finance & Accounting department. What industries you would like to work on?
Also, you choose to take business as your major in tertiary education. It does not mean that you need to work in business in your career life. After start working, you may have more exploresure on different careers and industries. Also, your interest may change.
It is not really necessary to put a boundary on yourself. Go with what you are interested on and opportunities are available. There are a lot of possibilities in our life.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
