Chris’s Answer

An independent mindset and an ethic of hard work spells entrepreneurship to me. You could provide services for things you enjoy, such as childcare, housecleaning or yard work. Otherwise, server positions in retirement communities can give you the experience you’ll need to get a waitress job with good tips as you get older.

Vivek’s Answer

Hi,
Glad to know students like yourself are eager and serious about work at a relatively early age.

The answer depends where you are located, what are you passionate about and what you want to achieve from the job.
I would advise you to get any opportunity to work that provides basic safe work environment and learning exposure. At this stage of your life, it is crucial to get an idea of what it is like to work in a corporate, large scale environment, how people actually interact and work in a business context and how your education life is different from work life.

Get an early head start. Even if you find the work for first job/internship not up to your liking, at least it will help you give an idea on what you want from work in a long term

All the best

Very good to know that you are a hardworking student and very independent. If you want to work for yourself, determine what skills you have to market for others. If you are artistic, maybe you can create pieces and sell them online, or you can offer to do custom commissions for others. For me, I am a baker and will tend to do orders for friends here and there to make money. If you are great with kids, then babysitting is also a great option as well, because some families would be willing to not only pay you but also offer incentives such as gas money and reimburse you for expenses you make when you spend time and money with them. There are so many new outlets today to make money, from content creation, craft-making, and acts of service. If you are tech-savvy, offer to do some social media marketing or web development for small businesses. The options are endless.

Hossam’s Answer

There are many different jobs that you can do depending on the the country you are in. For example, if there are many beaches, you can become a lifeguard (assuming that you know how to swim of course). If it is a country with lots of restaurants, you can become a waitress. If you do not like the concept of being physically present on site you can become an online tutor or a freelancer. All of these depend on what personal skills you possess and the options are unlimited.
