In some states, depending on the company, 15years olds are allowed to work. I have a 14 year old daughter and all she want to do is work. I believe 15 year olds will need to mentally established prior to seeking employment. Meaning you will need to have the mindset of a young adult vs. a teenager. This can be established by your actions in school and at home. Are you teachable? Do you have to be told what to do? Are you a self-starter? Do you follow directions/rules? etc. All this play a role in how effective and serious an employer will take you.
