Hossam’s Answer

It's a very broad topic as it can differ immensely from one person to another. A job objective or career objective is typically a brief explanation of your immediate professional goals and intentions for applying to a job/specific career. Whereas career goals are very significant results one strives to achieve, generally expected over the longer term.

Amirhossein’s Answer

Writing a job objective depends on some significant factors. You are to write for three to five sentences illustrating your niche, your experience, accomplishments, and other bold things about you. Please remember that the central point of an objective is to clarify who you are. It is quite crucial because most of the time, there are many applicants out there sending their resume, and maybe, everything about you depends on these short lines. If you could inspire them, then you are all set. Good luck.

Almira’s Answer

My first job objective when I was a newbie job seeker was "To secure a challenging position in a reputable organization to expand my learnings, knowledge, and skills." Now that I have acquired extensive experience, if I were to seek a new opportunity, my main job objective will be "To secure a responsible career opportunity to fully utilize my office management experiences and managerial skills, while making a significant transformation and contribution to the success of the company."

Job objectives varies but the most effective one is the one that is tailored to the job you are applying for. It states what kind of career you are seeking, and what skills and experiences you have that make you ideal for that career.

Hope it helps.
