Something you can spend hours doing. Be aware that even if this is your first job and you can change it, even change your career, you will spend quite some times doing whatever the job requires you to do. Many countries require people to work at least five days a week, and at least six hours a day. Many require eight hours a day, five days a week.
So look at something you can do that long.
Then I agree with my other colleagues: find a job where you have strengths in. To point on the obvious, do not take spokesman if you do not like speaking in public!
Maybe there is an area that you like: aerospace, police, investigation, ecology ? Once you find your sector, try to search possible jobs in it. Then find companies that offer such jobs and look at companies that seem to be a fit for you in any terms that matter to you (geographical, salary, benefit, culture, requirement ... ).

Follow you passions!
If you like science/tech, a good first job would be as an intern at a tech company.
If you like music/arts, a good first job maybe at a studio
My first job was at a laboratory helping the scientists maintain the labs clean, organized and with whatever else they needed. Not glamorous, but allowed me to learn more about science, engineering and make some money.
good luck with your first job, it is a big milestone!
