Real estate is a very exciting career to get into! It can be very rewarding, both personally and financially. However, to be successful, you do have to work at it.
Requirements are that you must be at least 18 years of age and you must have your high school diploma or equivalent. And in Florida you must have a United States Social Security number.
Here are the steps for the state of Florida.
You must successfully complete an approved 63 clock-hour Pre-Licensing course.
After you complete all the course materials and pass the practice exam, pass the course final exam.
Submit your fingerprints to the Department of Business & Professional Regulation.
Complete the application for licensure.
Pass the Florida Real Estate Salesperson Exam.
Requirements are different from state to state.
