How can i go about franchising a hospital?

I didn't find any hospital franchises and I assume that's due to the huge capital expense (my guess would be $20-30M for a small one). If you do your research you'll see that many rural hospitals are going out of business and others are merging to gain economy of scale.

You have to build a business case and present it to the hospital you want to have as a franchise.
You need to show what are the capabilities you personally have as a doctor or investor. What are the facilities you have financial and infrastructure.

First: Ask yourself WHY do I want to franchise a hospital?!?
To serve humanity?
To earn money from people in need...?!?
