During medical school, how were you able to narrow down your choice to one specfic specilty?

I know there are several specialties to pick from, so what stood out to make you choose the specialty you did #doctor #medicine

Candace’s Answer

In medical school, you rotate with different specialities. Some of these rotations you will be able to choose. This will help in the decision making process of choosing a specialty. Good luck with everything!!

Richard’s Answer

The 3rd and 4th years of medical school are in the clinic or Hospital Ward. You rotate between the major Specialties in medicine. During the fourth year, you choose a specialty and apply to a residency program in that specialty .
