There's a lot of information to consume out there. Pick a particular strategy to focus on and commit to it. Real estate is a capital intensive endeavor so remember to save Save SAVE.
Great resources are:
- biggerpockets.com (forum, community)
- roofstock.com (investment opportunities)
- lofitum.com (rents your place for you via Airbnb and long term tenants)
- marcus.com (higher yield savings account)
I particularly like the BRRRR method:
Buy
Rehab
Rent
Refinance
Repeat
