Environmental Engineering is a great choice. Make sure you also take classes such as AutoCadd, advanced hydraulics, hydrology, and as much water resources topics as possible for electives. Trust me they will make a huge difference when applying for environmental engineering jobs. Get as much internships as you can, for they will show what the job market requires the most.By the way, I am paying now outof my pocket for auto cadd classes because it will open up other doors to me professionally. Sure you won't regret your choice, it is a great field. Best of luck.
