There are lots of options and they're changing every day! Think first about your goals for exposure - exposure for exposure's sake doesn't often work well. If it's to be seen as an industry leader in a certain area, drive sales, drive or improve reputation, etc. it's important to know WHY before you determine HOW. Some HOW can include - public and media relations, influencer relations and industry analyst relations (if in the tech/IT industry) as well as social and digital media, employee advocacy, blogs, communities, etc. Lots of options!
Thinking about all of these types of engagements holistically will help, too. They are all interconnected in some way. Good luck!

Looking to get your company some exposure? Here are a few ways to help:
Understand your audience. Who do you want to know about your company? Who are your customers? What are their habits online and elsewhere? Understanding that clearly will go a long way to helping generate interest and exposure.
Understand what you're trying to gain exposure for -- and why. Is it a new product? A dynamic leadership team? Just general awareness in the marketplace? You'll need to clearly understand what you're trying to communicate.
Step up your social media strategy. Once you know the what, the why, and who you're trying to reach (and their habits), you can target your social media accordingly. Create a plan that identifies your goals, metrics (what does success look like to your leadership?), and lastly, the tactics you'll use to meet those goals. Make it consistent, and relevant to your audience.
Do you have a budget? Paid social is a good way to kick-start a campaign, but isn't a magic bullet for putting in the work, either.
Be patient. In today's media landscape, earned media rules. Do the work, but don't expect magic overnight. It takes time to grow a following, and to gain the exposure you're looking for. Good luck.

The key to the right company exposure is vision, integrity, and sustainability. You need people for each of these. To buy-in & believe the company's vision for them authentically produce the right exposure. People then trickle & sow their experiences into the world creating them to be noticed in ways other companies cannot compete with.

Positive reputation building comes in many forms. Externally you want to look at earned and paid media options including social media, traditional media, print, etc. You also want to elevate the senior leaders of your organization so preparing thought leadership pieces/panels go a long way to bring credibility to your company. Employee voice is also a very effective tool so catering ready made content for colleagues to post on their personal channels also helps.

1) Participate in conferences/events for your area, for eg tech conferences or such. This will help get your company known.
2) Network! Connect and network as much as you can, whether on social media, on LinkedIn or with partner companies. This will promote your company.
3) Try to connect in the universities and colleges that your employees are alumni of. This will promote your company among students.
