Hi Javin,
Great aspiration, but it'd great to clarify your aspiration concerning the NFL. For instance, are you seeking to become a player, an NFL coach, or an NFL front office personnel?
The reason I am asking is that you may have many possibilities to make it to the NFL. It's a competitive league with only 1600 Players being retained every year, and even as little as a 0.2 percent shot to make it a player. Additionally, players often average less than 3 years during their career. So, knowing this, you'll be able to plan how to approach your career statement :-)
Thus, my challenge to you would be to really think of the most practical way to deliver the benefits and impact of the NFL experience by uniting communities.
Thus, if you seek to become an NFL player, you can do so by aspiring to the best player and inspire your community with your character, dedication, and work ethic.
As an NFL coach, you may create this experience by helping your players give their best performance on the field every Sunday and allowing them to trust your knowledge and leadership capabilities.
As an NFL front office personnel, you have to be strategic in thinking about your ascension in the role. Oftentimes, most personnel start as grad assistants in college and make their way to coaching assistants in the NFL. Another route you could consider is becoming a scout.; which will allow you to connect with multiple communities and assess players' ability to compete in the major league—this an opportunity to unite communities and share your experience with others.
I hope this help, Javin

Sports video games are a huge market, so good choice overall! The NFL trademark franchise in games is currently locked up by EA games with the Madden NFL series. It has been mediocre for many years, but the NFL still seems married to this company, so you might consider trying to get a job there working on sports games.
There is an opportunity to create football "like" games that don't compete directly with Madden and EA. Think about cyborg or robotic based multi-player games that use the rules of football, but aren't branded as current NFL teams and don't use the NFL logo. Just food for thought. I am sure you will think of something exciting!
Good luck.
