It is not a 'must' to have a degree of being entrepreneur. However, the courses offering in the college can help you to acquire knowledge of the industry you may start in. Also, it gives you good training on the analysis, critical thinking, etc. You can also establish good network which is valuable for your future development.
Have decided what industry that you plan to start? You can apply the business knowledge you learn in the college to analyze the potential, threats , etc. of the industry. You can also learn how to run the business, e.g. accounting, management, etc. knowledge.
You can take the degree in the college and be entrepreneur at the same time.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!

I would recommend that you more clearly define "entrepreneur" to yourself. Do you mean "I want to start my own business of any kind" (which is what the word means) or do you mean "i want to found a tech startup" which is what it has come to mean colloquially? People from all walks of life and with all levels of education start businesses. But starting a business is very hard, and most fail fast. For most people, the path to stability includes attending college, getting a job to save some money and learn how to be a professional, and only then starting their own business.

No, but it's not a bad idea. An entrepreneur by definition is "a person who organizes and operates a business or businesses, taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so." Are you that person? Do you have money to invest into your business? Do you know how to run a business? As a small business owner, one of the things I wish I knew more about was how to actually run a business. Colleges offer many courses in business management and I highly recommend looking into them if you want to be an entrepreneur.
