I love learning new tech stacks to see how to improve the performance and quality of the web page. Also making sure the webpage is secure which is important now days. Usability is also key in this. Ex people who are color blind. You want to use the right colors and layout to help with this.

As a web developer you have many opportunities from either creating your own personal blog or a website for a non-profit organization to working at a company in FAANG and writing code that is leveraged by millions of users a day! A great way to learn more about this field and understand if you would really enjoy a career as a web developer is to enroll in a bootcamp. There are many online schools which offer good programs that walk you thru what it's like to build entire projects and leverage the latest and greatest technology being used on the web today. You'll hear about MEAN, MERN, MEVN, or LAMP if you're new to the industry don't get too lost in the details and jump into one that fits your schedule and budget. This will give you an opportunity to almost take this job for a test drive, in doing so you'll learn if you really want to build mobile friendly responsive designs, if you'd rather actually build native apps, or if you really like working with a CMS and you want to build something as atoms and molecules.
